Estimated total delivery time is 15–21 days from the date your order is placed. This timeline reflects the love and craftsmanship that goes into every piece.

1. Handmade & Made to Order

Every Côte Couture piece is individually handcrafted by our skilled artisans. We do not hold ready-made stock — your order is created exclusively for you after it is placed. This is what makes each piece truly special, and we appreciate your patience in allowing us the time to create it.

  • No two pieces are mass-produced — yours is made uniquely for you.

  • Slight natural variations in fabric and finishing are part of the handmade character.

  • We do not accept rush orders at this time.

2. Production Time

After your order is confirmed, our artisans begin crafting your piece. Production typically takes:

10–14 business days

from order confirmation

Production times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods, limited launches, or holidays. We will always notify you if there is an unexpected delay in your production timeline.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been crafted and quality-checked, it is carefully packed and handed over to our shipping partner. Delivery after dispatch takes:

  • Tracking details will be shared with you via email once your order is dispatched.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather events, or customs clearance.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number.

  • The name of the courier/carrier.

  • A link to track your shipment in real time.

If you do not receive tracking details within 16 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@cotecouture.com and we will look into it promptly.

5. Packaging

We take great pride in how your order arrives. Every Côte Couture piece is thoughtfully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition and reflects the care that went into making it. Our packaging is designed to be both protective and beautiful — a small unboxing experience in itself.

6. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship domestically and to select international destinations. Available shipping regions and estimated costs are displayed at checkout. If your destination is not listed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Domestic orders: standard delivery as above.

  • International orders: additional transit time may apply depending on destination.

  • Import duties, customs taxes, and any applicable fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Côte Couture is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will typically leave a notification. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.

8. Lost or Damaged Orders

We package every order with care. However, if your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
