4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

By placing an order on cotecouture.com, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s). CoteCouture reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of our order confirmation email.

4.2 Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through our payment providers.

4.3 Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed for dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow our Returns & Refunds process.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.3 Shipping Responsibility

CoteCouture is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon handover to the carrier.

5.4 International Orders

For international orders, you are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
With all original tags and packaging intact.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale or discounted items marked as final sale.
Intimates, swimwear, or pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons.
Customised or personalised items.
Gift cards.

6.3 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6.4 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact our support team before sending any item back.
